Whilst every care is taken when photographing our product range, it is sometimes impossible to achieve an accurate effect.
Therefore when you receive your order, if it is not what you are looking for, we will either exchange it, or simply offer you a full money back guarantee.  (Please note, this does NOT include postage and packaging costs & Return Postage from you).  All goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your order with it's original packing,otherwise for health and safetly reason we can't not give you full refund if you already used the item. However special circumstance will be catered for when you have advised us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
 
Due to the abuse of our returns policy if you are returning any items from one order as unsuitable a 10% re-stocking charge will apply.
