• All items are brand new in original box and complete unless specifically stated above. The boxes of some items may have been opened to ensure all of the parts are complete and correct.
• If you wish to buy multiple items, please contact us for a combined quote for postage and packing. We do not automatically apply combined poatage unless asked. Not all items, usually the larger items will qualify for combined postage.

Warranty

All new items come with a 7 day warranty. If the item proves to be faulty you must contact us within 7 days for details on how and where to return the item back to us. We do not pay the return postage for warranty returns. Second hand items may or may not come with warranty. This will be explicitly stated in the item description.

When we receive the item and agree that it is faulty we will send a replacement ASAP. If no replacement is available in stock or we cannot get hold of a replacement within a reasonable timeframe we will refund the full original amount paid for the item.

If we determine that there is no fault with a returned item then it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the item to be sent back to them. We will hold these items for 30 days after which we reserve the right to charge a holding fee of 10% per month.

We do not offer refunds for items bought in error. Please ensure you are bidding on the correct item. If in doubt then contact us for more advice.

Please note that in the case of model kits, please ensure the parts are correct when the item is received as we do not accept returns for models that have been partly assembled.

Shipping

When looking at the prices of our items, remember to include both the item price and the postage price. You will find we are very good value especially if ordering multiple items. When looking at the postage for an item, remember that it's not just the postage charged by the Post Office. It includes packing materials, fuel to drive to the post office, parking fees etc.

If an item does not arrive when expected, please contact your local post office. Most missing parcels are actually simply waiting at your local post office as they could not deliver the parcel in the first place and for some reason the postman did not leave a card to say the parcel was waiting. If you contact us to let us know a parcel was not received we will always ask you to contact your local post office to check.

Shipping Insurance

All items are shipped with proof of posting and covered for the full amount. In the event of non-delivery we will open a claim with the post office for the full amount. The post office will contact the buyer and ask them to sign confirmation that delivery did not take place. Once the post office have confirmed this they will return the full amount to us and we will refund the buyer.

Multiple Items Shipping

We try and operate a fair policy for the price charged for shipping. This will be charged at either royal mail first class rate determined by weight if the iterm(s) are small enough, otherwise Royal Mail standard parcels plus the cost of the packaging. As we charge by weight, some multiple items when bought together will be the correct postage. However if you are purchasing several small and light items then please feel free to contact us before checkout and we will give you a price for combined postage.
