Rare Lionel Prewar # 260E Engine & 260T Tender Chugger

Here is a wonderful, all original, Lionel Steam Engine and Tender made in 1933-35. This is the black with green frame, No. 260E 2-4-2 Steam engine with its No. 260T eight wheel tender. Has a chugger as shown in the steam chest. Engine looks to be very good to excellent condition - as seen in the pictures. Original paint with some minor paint wear and scrapes on the frame. Put on a test track and it lights-up, and ran in forward and reverse. Reverse unit acting up, so a good cleaning will be necessary. Original lens on the pilot although it has some cracks. E-unit switch in the rear underneath. The tender also looks great - nice clean trucks and couplers. Has some typical minor rubs in the paint where it attaches to the engine. One for the collection. Also, please check out my other trains - as I have some boxes and a freight car that would go with this engine in separate auctions - see bottom pictures (this auction is for the engine and tender only). Buyer pays shipping (Insurance is included in the shipping and handling fees foran estimate of $600). Please check out my other items currently listed, and save on shipping. NO RESERVE.
