A rare "Pockam" Model B folding camera for 3 1/4 x 4 1/4 exposures on rollfilm. Made by Emil Busch in Rathenow, Germany in around 1910 and sold by the Busch Camera Co. in London. The camera is in very good cosmetic condition and working order.
Fitted with a clear fungus free Busch's Detectiv Aplanat No.2 5ins lens in a working Bausch and Lomb shutter with speeds from 1 second to 1/100th, T and B. All speeds are working well and sound about right. No damage to the body and just a little wear to the leather edges and scratching to one of the film spool retaining knobs. Has a folding sports finder at the front but no finder on the rear. Excellent chrome and supple maroon bellows with a good folding mechanism.
An uncommon early Busch camera which would make a good addition to a collection. Offered at a low starting price with no reserve.
