Very Rare only one copy exists. Official referees sheet (green) for the game between Newcastle United Reserves v Aston Villa Reserves on 14-12-1983.

This sheet is taken from the official FA Book and is hand written by Newcastle Reserve coach Iam McFaul and signed by him at the bottom. There was a pink copy which is sent to the FA and a white copy which stays in the book.

UK post & packing £1.25 in boardbacked protective envelope. Overseas £3.00.
