This does not only cover the actual postage cost but also for labour, packaging etc. Recycled Packaging will be used where possible. Items of particular value will be despatched by the relevant method. I strongly advise that you opt and pay the additional 70p postage insurance for items of particular value. This will cover the charge for sending your goods by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for which a signature is required. For items of a low value, I do not offer postal insurance in order to keep your costs down but am happy to send by this method if required. Once I have left the goods at the Post Office then obviously all responsibility lies with them. Unless you opt for the extra postage insurance, if shown on your invoice, then I will not be held responsible for such loss or damage.I will however provide you with the proof of postage, should you wish to make a claim yourself.
