A rapscallion is one who is playfully mischievous or a scoundrel

EFFECT: 

A cheeky & devious card trick that uses a borrowed deck if you wish, if you are looking for a trick that will slay magicians and laypeople alike, this could be it.

The spectator does all the work, shuffles the deck, chooses a card, replaces the card, and shuffles the deck again. 

Only then do you touch the deck. 

The spectator then gives you a number between 1-52 and you count that number of cards onto the table. You then reveal the card is indeed the card they selected and shuffled and at the number they gave you.
