Rapido Light Weight - Club 3.1 Pop Top Caravan

Reluctantly selling our 2001 Rapido Club 3.1 TDL due to injury and have decided on motorhome instead.
Its unladen weight is 520kg and the max load weight is 650kg. Length is 3.83m and shipping length is 4.70m.
The caravan comes complete with a winter breathable cover, an awning, water container, waste water container, gas cylinder and chocks
The caravan is immaculate on the inside with the upholstery in perfect condition and cushions are hard.  There is a small scratch beneath the table which doesn't show.
It is in very good condition on the outside with a couple of small barely detectable scratches. 
There is a flushing cassette toilet and a hand basin in the wash room with a shower hose extending tap. Hot and cold water. We have never used the shower and the frame and curtain are new.
The awning is really easy to put up and has flexible poles and comes complete in its carry case kept under a seat locker when not in use.
The bed is king size and would easily sleep 2 adults and a child.
A Truma heater keeps the caravan nice and warm on the chilly summer nights.
Has hot and cold running water from the Truma electric waterheater.

The Rapido has a retractable roof which makes it easy for towing (and lessons the wind resistance) and for  garage storage. Its height folded down is 1.98m.
With the roof up the internal height is 1.90m.
Does not attract a charge for use on French motorways when continental touring as below the payment height.
It is very quick and simple to extend the roof.
The end kitchen has a 3 ring gas cooker and a fridge with small freezer compartment and sink with hot and cold water.
There are insect blinds, blinds and net curtains. 
New carpets.

The Rapido has had a  habitation check and service carried out in July this year and new tyres fitted in February this year with new spare wheel and tyre.
