We keep our shipping prices to the absolute minimum and do not make any profit, we pass on the price that we are charged by the mail operators we use and what it cost us!

Our quoted postage & packing charges are not negotiable, they are based on the weight and nature of the item and include:

1. The cost of using a postal service or courier
2. The cost of the packing materials used for the item
3. The cost of staff time taken to pack and ship the item
4. VAT at the current rate

All items are dispatched within SEVEN working days of receiving cleared payment. We pack and dispatch 99% of items within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. If there are any problems with your purchase we will email to let you know. Smaller items are despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class. Larger items are despatched via ParcelForce usually 24 hour service. All items shipped via courier are fully trackable and insured up to £150. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery. Please provide a contact telephone number for the courier company in case there are problems during transit. Also ensure that you thoroughly check your item on delivery before you sign the delivery note - if in doubt of condition of packaging please sign note as damaged.Please note that we do not allow collection in person unless previously agreed and for LARGE items ONLY.

In the unlikely event there is a problem with your item we are always happy to investigate and resolve issues. We are polite and cooperative and we ask that our customers treat us in the same way. We have a generous returns and refunds policy:

1. 7-day window. Claims for returns & refunds can be made for up to 7 days from receipt.
2. Material difference. Refunds are always processed where an item, on leaving our warehouse, materially differs from that outlined in our listing. By material difference we mean a clear listing error, or misrepresentation, which materially affects the item's value.
3. Refund process. Refunds are issued once an item has been returned and checked/tested. Where we have made an error, we will process a full refund. We may pay your return postage costs but we are not obliged to do this. We can only refund return postage charges authorised by us.
4. Limited liability. Without exception, our liability is strictly limited to the price paid for the item.

At Landy Spare Parts we specialise in the supply of genuine quality second hand parts for Land Rover Defender 300 Tdi / Td5, Discovery Series 1 / 2 and Range Rover P38 models.

All our parts are in good working order but in the unlikely event that there is a problem with one of our products we will exchange it provided it is returned first.
