Raleigh Royal Roadster

 

Classic Vintage Gents Raleigh Bicycle

 

Gloss Black and Chrome

 

 

This lovely old bicycle has hardly been used in recent years and has spent most its time hanging up in the garage.

 

I think it was new in the mid 1970's.

 I consider the bike to be in very good condition for its age.

The paint work is original and still good.

The Chrome work is good.

The brakes and gears work well.

The rear tyre was replaced quite recently.

 

The Frame is 22"- 23".

The Wheels are 26" with Sturmey Archer 3 speed hub gears.

 

The bike is  a smooth to ride  with no rattles.

 

I hosed off the dust just before the pictures were taken.
