Raimond English Pewter Tankard with a TROUT Handle

This is a very collectible and amazingly cute English Pewter Tankard. This wonderful piece of barware has a handle in the shape of a trout. I'm sure that there is a really good tradition related to this design, or maybe the folks at Raimond simply have developed the wry sense of humor from the Flying Circus. This piece appears to be in very good condition with no damage and only the usual usage wear. Like many items from our attics, this piece needs a good cleaning, and it would gleam like new if polished. This fine piece of English pubware measures about 4-1/4 inches (10.8 centimeters) in diameter at the base and also stands about 5 inches (12.7 centimeters) high. It is offered with a very reasonable opening bid.
