Radio Toroid T130-2, size of outside diameter in hundredths of an inch (1.3), material mix number is 2 = Colour Code Red.  Made by Micrometals in the USA, new and in perfect condition. 

For HF Baluns or Output Transformers of Power Amplifiers.  Normally 500Khz, but often used up to 28Mhz in Baluns.
