Items being returned are only accepted if the original item that was sent out turned out to be faulty. All electrical and mechanical items are subject to being tested and another unit sent out to the buyer BEFORE a refund is offered.
If the item turns out to be 'fit for purpose' after diagnosis we will with hold the item until the buyer repays a postal fee and diagnosis charge of £10.
If an Item is returned because it was purchased in error then the postal fee will be withheld and a restocking charge of 20% of the value of the item will be kept back to cover administration charges. |
