Demi is also a very Special Kit to us here at Simply Reborn Ltd as she is our first 'Charity' Baby.

Demelza House are the only children's residential hospice in Kent, East Sussex and South London providing a wide range of services to life-limited children. RETURNS FOR KITS
We check each kit that leaves the stockroom, however in the unlikely event your kit arrives with  differentiating parts, this will be down to Human Error which occasionally does happen.
When your kit arrives, please check it includes:

Right Arm
Left Arm
Right Leg
Left Leg
Body plate if included.
If you have a differentiating part, please notify us immediately so we can arrange a replacement. Due to stock levels this must be done within 7 days of receipt.
Parts which have been altered or painted, can not be returned and replaced 
Kits may have minor defects present within the vinyl; this is due to the Molds being made to replicate the original sculpts. Any characteristic present in every kit is not deemed to be defective.
