ACC Silicones Mould Making Rubber 0.5kg Kit

A top quality RTV Silicone Moulding Compound at a very sensible price. A range of hardnesses are available, allowing for moulds with deep undercuts and high detail. Ideal for casting with the following:

Polyester Resins

Polyuerethane Resins

Plasters

Concrete

The RTV Silicone is suitable for brush application or pouring. The kit comes complete with catalyst (fast or slow available - simply ask when you buy). If you do run short, more of the same type of silicone can be added on top even after the first layer has cured provided that the surface is kept free of contaminants.

Some individuals also manufacture small rubber parts using this type of silicone. We have 3 grades of hardness available for this RTV Silicone which will suit every application. Just state soft, medium or hard, or a Shore A hardness when ordering, we'll match the best silicone for you.

For applications where a mould it to be taken in situ, a thixotroping agent is available (at extra cost) to allow the product to be used on a vertical or overhead. Email for details.

We currently employ two major parcel carriers for our deliveries. 99% of our parcels travel on an overnight service, there are only a few bulky items that travel via the economy 2-3 day service. If nobody is likely to be in to accept your delivery you will receive a card from our couriers asking you to contact them to arrange delivery days. Timed delivery or Saturday delivery requests are not allowed. All goods MUST be signed for as received in good condition. Any damages must be noted BEFORE you sign. Our all inclusive goods in transit insurance is available for £1 per complete order for peace of mind protection against loss, damage and theft. Simply add that to your order value on checkout.
