Placing your speakers \ Sub directly onto carpet or having the spikes go through to the floorboards will create a ‘bass boom’ effect as bass frequencies resonate through the floor and spoil the clarity. Placing your speakers on RS Acoustics Pro Base will eliminate this, resulting in a much cleaner, tighter sound.
