You are purchasing a Royal Park Staffordshire Vase
(scroll down for more photos)
The floral pattern is on both sides
It has the shape of a trophy vase
The Vase is approx 8" (20cm) tall
This Staffordshire piece is in good condition with no chips or cracks
It does have crazing and usage marks on this inside at the bottom
Underneath is a Royal Park hallmark
 but I am unable to find any information on this manufacturer
