This is a unused reversing ring which is a quality made item for use with canon fd  type cameras.NOT FOR EOS .

This is an old shop stock item ,  CANON  FD FIT reverse ring with a 55mm filter lens thread which allows you to use your 55mm threaded lens [ usually standard lens etc ] reverse mounted , which then is ideal to use for close up / macro photography.
