Payment:

Payment must be received within four working days from the end of the auction or buy it now sale. We accept payment by PayPal only. 

14 Day Returns Policy:

To give you peace of mind and to allow you to bid/buy with confidence, all of our items up for auction or sold come with a 14 day returns policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with the item you have won/bought, simply email  request a returns authorization number. Items returned without a returns authorization number will not be accepted. There will be a 20% re-stocking charge for items returned that are not faulty. We reserve the right to not accept anything which in our opinion has been used or is not in the condition it was sold in.  You are responsible for the cost of returning the item by a recorded and insured method. We will not accept any liability for items lost or damaged in transit. Items must be returned within 14 days from the day you signed for the parcel.

Postal Charges :

Our postal charges are as stated and do also include all the packaging materials, tape, labeling and our time taking the parcels to the post office/parking etc. If you do not agree with our postal charges please do not bid/buy. Your parcels are packed and dispatched with care.

Delivery:

Low value parcels weighing less than 2kg are sent by Bulgarian Post Standard Delivery. This service can take up to twenty one working days to be delivered and up to 7 weeks for parcels sent to Italy . Please note, parcels can not be sent to addresses other than the address registered with eBay and cannot be left with a neighbor etc.  If you request Recorded Delivery option ,we can supply you with a tracking number to allow you to track your parcel on Bulgarian Post’s website.

Once posted this item is in the hands of the post office, therefore
we can not accept any responsibility for loss or damage whilst in transit.  If this concerns you, then paying for recorded delivery with insurance is recommended (£1.50 extra) or the higher grade SPECIAL DELIVERY if available.
