You have the right to cancel your order from the date of the contract and up to seven working days, starting from the day after you receive the goods. In the event of order cancellation, your money will be refunded in full within thirty days, less the cost of postage and packing if applicable. All goods must be returned unused, saleable and in the original packaging at the buyers cost.

In cases of product defect you must inform ........ within 7 days of delivery. We will reimburse the postage costs on receipt of returned goods and a new product of exact specification will be dispatched if it is in stock. You will be notified if a replacement or refund will be given.

Note any warranty’s for products is not honoured by COOL PLUMBING they are honoured by the original equipment manufacturer. You will need contact them directly to check their warranty procedure and guidelines.

We cannot be held responsible for this and the best route is direct to manufacturer on any tools purchase from our shop.
