BIDDING/PURCHASING:

Please do not bid if you have no intention of paying, we will NOT accept excuses such as “I wasn’t aware that my dog/child/partner/friend placed a bid on the item – yes bidders have tried this excuse once too many times! We do not accept bids from anyone with minus feedback score E.g. -2. We are willing to give new Ebayers with no feedback as yet, the benefit of the doubt.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING:

Postage charges include the cost of packing materials/handling fee, all our items are posted by signed-for recorded delivery to ensure items have been delivered. Your purchase will be packed carefully to ensure safe arrival.

UK - via Royal Mail First Class service. All First Class items "should" arrive by the next working day according to the Royal Mail.

INTERNATIONAL - via Royal Mail International 1st Class service. This is a worldwide service that "should" reach Europe in three working days, and the Rest of the World in five working days according to the Royal Mail.

DELIVERY TIMES - We cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail delivery times.

MISSING PARCELS – We are not responsible for items lost, delayed or damaged in the post (The post office provide insurance for ordinary mail up to the value of £28.00 – this includes recorded delivery and standard parcels. You can add 70p for insurance for items up to the value of £100 and £1.25 for items up to the value of £250. You must make us aware if you require insurance! We will not be held responsible for uninsured items. In the event of an item going missing, we will process a claim with the royal mail and refund you after they have settled the claim (This takes between 6-8 weeks). Royal mail will no longer refund postage costs on lost items of mail. Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until 10 working days after expected delivery date for UK items and 20 working days after expected delivery date for international items, therefore, we can only send off a claim form once this time has passed.

UNDELIVERED PARCELS - Royal Mail only keeps uncollected parcels for 7 days before returning to sender. Please remember to pick up the item if delivery is attempted while you are out. If it comes back to us, we will have to ask you to pay the P&P again.

PAYMENT:

We accept the following methods of payment:

- PAYPAL (recommended)

- POSTAL/MONEY ORDER (UK only)

- CHEQUES (UK only)

Payment is required within 3 days of the auction closing. Failure to PAY within 3 WORKING days will result in being reported as a non-paying bidder, negative feedback being left and the item being re-listed. We aim to post items the day after receipt of payment. Please bear in mind that this will not always be possible, in any case we will e-mail you once we have despatched the item so that you know the item is on its way to you. Generally DISPATCH is between 2-3 working days.

REFUNDS:

We always describe items accurately and if you have any further questions please e-mail us before bidding! Please look at our feedback score/comments to assure you of our reputation and bid in confidence. It is your responsibility to read item descriptions carefully. *FAULTY GOODS - A REFUND IS ONLY APPLICABLE ON ITEMS FOUND TO BE FAULTY AND MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS. THE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR OUR ASSESMENT, THEREAFTER, A REFUND WILL BE GIVEN THE METHOD OF ORIGINAL PAYMENT. (POSTAGE & PACKAGING NON-REFUNDABLE).

Please note that colours may vary slightly but where the colour is very different from the item due to flash use OR sunlight we will state so in the description. Items are stuffed for photography. Items may appear larger or smaller in the photos so please pay close attention to measurements provided on the listings.
