This electric motor and remote control system will fit any domestic one-piece curtain rolladoor (such as Rolflex, B & D, Gliderol, Cardale, Garador, Henderson, Steeline or other generic brands. It is not suitable for industrial doors, aluminium doors or doors that require tubular motors. It is not suitable for up & over or sectional type doors.

Delivery is NOT available to Cornwall, Scotland, The Channel Islands, The Isle of Man or Northern Ireland due to the cost. Motors can be collected from our factory (Kingswinford, DY6 7XU West Midlands) in person or by YOUR arranged courier to save delivery charges.

REMOTE CONTROLLED CONVENIENCE

The convenience of automatically opening & closing your garage door from the comfort of your car. Avoid leaving your car to operate the door, and enhance your feeling of security. You can avoid the snow, rain or heat and open and close your door in comfort.

REMOTE CONTROLLED COURTESY LIGHT

The courtesy light comes on automatically whenever the door is activated and you can also operate the light from your remote control transmitter without operating the door. A fully adjustable light timer is also provided for extra convenience and security.

MANUAL OPERATION (in case of power failure)

This electric motor system has an innovative engage/disengage system in the event of a power cut. Operated at face level by a pull cord, permitting the drive system to be either engaged or disengaged in one simple action. If there is no other access into the garage other than the rolladoor, we recommend the fitting of a combined key/external release mechanism switch - Cost £79 incl VAT. This will enable you to disengage the motor from outside your garage.

AUTO LOCKING

When the garage roller door is properly installed and closed by the electric motor it becomes locked in the closed position until the opener receives a coded signal from your remote control transmitter. There is an aditional key operated lock fitted to all of our Rolflex Doors which operates a steel bolt on each side.

SECURACODE

The transmitters have a SecuraCode system with code hopping feature (over 4.29 billion codes) that is unique on every transmission.
