Any worn parts are replaced with new ones, the re-assembled watch is then professionally lubricated and tested. Cases are ultrasonically cleaned and polished/re-grained as necessary. Finally the watch is fully regulated and tested. S.Michlmayr & Co Ltd are specialists in the repair of all types of watch including antique and pocket varieties. All of our staff are Swiss trained or fully time served. We only use genuine spare parts and if a part is obsolete, we will manufacture it on site. All watches are covered by our full 12 month guarantee. Refunds / Guarantees 

We operate a 7 day return policy in line with UK Internet distance selling regulations. If after purchase you wish to cancel you can do so, or if you subsequently find a fault with your watch/clock, or feel it was incorrectly described you can return it within 7 days of receipt where upon safe return we will either rectify any problem or refund your money minus any shipping costs. For a refund, the watch must not have been worn, altered or damaged in any way; this includes removal of bracelet links and protective stickers. All returns MUST be arranged with us BEFORE sending the watch and arrive in perfect originally supplied condition with all packaging via a secure insured carrier service requiring signature on delivery.

All our watches are presented in superb condition and are serviced before advertising and this service will always be within a year, depending on how long we have had it on sale for. All watches are fully checked before leaving our workshop and are inspected before dispatch for function, continuous operation and good timekeeping. 

Pre-owned watches with paperwork will come with balance of any manufacturers warranty remaining. Please note that all vintage items are sold without warranty unless explicitly stated otherwise. Vintage watches by their very nature cannot be guaranteed specifically to maintain a particular rate of timekeeping as this depends on a number of factors including age, quality of the movement and positional, temporal conditions of use of the particular watch.
