Customers need to notify us by email within the 30 day period of any faults or breakdowns. Failure to notify within the 30 day period will void the warranty. Failure to use an rcd will also void the warranty. After the 30 day period, if you encounter a problem with the machine, we can repair for £30 +vat and the customer will need to return and collect the machine at there own cost . The warranty does not cover wear and tear/ pulse reader inaccuracy/damage caused by misuse/or speed/distance calibration/ belt damage or any other damage caused by neglect and lack of service-Pike furniture accept no liability in the result of injury caused using this machine or any other product sold on its site. We do not accept returns of unwanted or wrongly ordered items.
