There is no extra charge for this service.

We accept Paypal payments and we do not surcharge for payments made with Paypal. Please note, the Paypal e-cheque facility takes 9 working days to reach us (not recommended).

Pay directly using a Credit/Debit card with no additional charges. For security reasons it is recommended to exchange card details over the phone and not e-mail. Please email us your telephone numbers and we will call you for your card details.

Pay with a Personal/Bankers cheque. Order will only be processed / despatched after clearance of funds, which takes a minimum of 10 working days. Postal address etc will be supplied at the check out stage.

Payment must reach us within 7 days. No item will be dispatched until full payment has been received and cleared by the bank.

Orders Received Monday to Friday usually be dispatched next day and normally arrive the next 3 to 10 working day. Items ordered over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. Orders are sent via courier depending on size, weight and value of order.

We require you to supply a daytime telephone number for our couriers to contact you if there is a problem in delivery; this contact number is used for a fast, safe and speedy delivery. 

Delivery for bathroom suites and baths generally takes 14 Working Days and cost £35 England and Wales. All delivery going to Isle of Wight and Ireland, please see our surcharge rates above or email us for a price on delivery. Delivery for taps and showers takes 3/7 working days; all items are tracked and insured to your door.

Returns & Cancellations

All purchases are final as per eBay policy. An item may only be returned if it is faulty or damaged. In the event of a faulty or damaged item, you are required to email details of the fault or email digital images where the item is damaged. Upon receipt you will be notified of how to return or how the item will be collected and brought back to us for inspection.

It is the named customer’s responsibility to ensure that the entire order is checked thoroughly BEFORE signing the delivery note. Claims for damages or shortages will NOT be entertained if our courier has obtained a clean signature or if more than 24 hours have elapsed after delivery. Signing the delivery note ‘unchecked’ will not suffice. Damages/shortages discovered after our courier has delivered, must be reported by email within 24 hours of receipt. Your goods are insured provided these guidelines are met. Items which have been damaged or not delivered will be replaced/despatched as per the delivery timescales for that particular item. No compensation will be given in the event of delays/damages.

All cancellations will be subject to a 20% cancellation charge to cover administration and restocking costs. Any costs incurred with our couriers will also be charged to you.
