• We guarantee to post your item within 3 business days of receiving your payment, usually we post the next business day.
• For your peace of mind we use registered post which requires a signature to confirm delivery
• We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please note that we will use the address you have on file with eBay, unless we are advised otherwise.
• International postal and courier charges are often quite high, especially for items over 1kg. Please take this into account when bidding. You may also incur customsfees.
• You are welcome to collect your item, please let us know when you’ll come so that we can have it ready for you

• We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged shipments - please consider insurance. We insure the first £30 on all deliveries. Additional insurance up to £500 costs £9.50 and to £2500 the cost is 2% of the total amount

Pound Sterling cheques
Please make cheques payable to “Kangaroo Auctions Ltd" and write the eBay item number on the back. Our address is Kangaroo Auctions, 52-54 East Dock Street, Dundee, DD1 3JX. Items will be dispatched when all monies due have cleared our bank account.

Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction. Items will not be dispatched until payment has been made in full.

• Kangaroo Auctions makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of our information. We reserve the right to correct any errors or add further information by answering a question and attaching the information to the bottom of the listing.
• All our items are sold in “as is” condition and without warranty unless otherwise specified. Kangaroo Auctions sells items as an agent of the seller.
• Kangaroo Auctions will not be able to accept a return of the item if any functionality not tested is not working properly or is not safe to use. We will also take no responsibility for statements by the owner.
• All bids are final and a winning bid constitutes a binding and enforceable contract. Winning bidders assume all risk of liability with respect to the purchase of all items including shipping, handling and insurance charges.

• We are happy to accept returns for a full refund of your bid amount if you are not completely satisfied
• If there was an error on our part, we will also refund your shipping charges and reimburse you for first-class return postage (just let us know the cost).
