Postage / Shipping and Handling

Postage and packaging costs are kept to a minimum... it covers the cost of postage, packaging materials and handling.PLEASE BE AWARE: We do offer Multiple Postage Discounts, please  email the items you are looking at purchasing for a combined postage cost OR see individual listings for automatic multiple item postal reductions.

Standard delivery charge please see listing to UK mainland. Surcharges may apply for areas of the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands & Eire.

We will happily post OVERSEAS - please email me before end of auction to request overseas delivery charges if your country is not listed.

All items are sent via royal mail or courier as per the individual description. Proof of postage and insurance offered as an optional extra at an additional charge. We strongly recommend proof of postage or insured delivery, as once the item is with ROYAL MAIL we are not in a position to ensure delivery. We will always assist in making a claim against Royal Mail for any items posted that have gone missing and we will always do our upmost to assist if there is a postal issue. Please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Returns Policy:All items are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch, if an item is damaged during delivery please contact us immediately upon receipt. Any faults to be advised within 24hrs of arrival. 

 If you're not completely satisfied with any purchase we will gladly exchange it for another product or refund the total cost of the product(s) minus the delivery charge.

Customers have 7 days from receipt of delivery to return unwanted items for a refund

We recommend you return the item(s) in the packaging they arrived using Royal Mail's recorded delivery service, as we are unable to issue a refund for items that go a miss in the post. You would have to make a claim against royal mail.Please note:delivery charges incurred when returning or exchanging items must be paid by the buyer who has made a decision to return the item.

All Auction items are sold with a "NON-RETURNABLE" Policy.
The distance selling laws mean that any garment purchased at a Fixed Price where the buyer has not been able to see or touch the item, has the right to return it. Therefore, items purchased from our BUY IT NOW collection are covered by our conditional Returns Policy, which is as follows:

Any items you wish to return will need to have an Return Authorisation number, this can be obtained by contacting us within 7 days of purchase, giving us your reasons why you wish to return the item. Return authorisation numbers will NOT be issued if:
Item was a gift and recipient does not like it. The item has been opened, used.

PLEASE NOTE: Even if you have been issued an returns number, we still reserve the right NOT to refund your payment if:

The item is missing tags, has been opened, used or damaged in any way or the seal has been broken on the packaging, in particular earplugs & jewellery.

PLEASE NOTE: Item must be returned with proof of purchase and with insurance. This return postage cost is non-refundable & you must ensure the safe return of the item. If it goes missing in the post, we will be unable to refund the item and you will need to contact royal mail or your chosen courier to make a claim for lost/damaged goods in transit.

If all of the above is complied with, we will issue a full refund, excluding postage costs which are a non-refundable element of any sale.

As a seller we want to ALWAYS ensure that EVERY customer is happy with their purchase. We therefore leave feedback by return. This way we can be totally confident that you are another satisfied customer.

Please leave feedback once you have received the item. If you do not pay for your item you will be automatically left negative feedback and blocked from future transactions with ourselves.

ANY neutral or negative feedback left, that is based on circumstances out of our control, such as: postal delays, items lost in eh post, incorrect item ordered, or items non-refunded due to our refund policy, will result in negative feedback left.
