A REALLY BEAUTIFUL VINTAGE SHELL CAMEO RING IN 9CT HALLMARKED GOLD - PERFECT

Some cameo rings are not very pretty but this one is beautiful. I bought it with a number of other vintage items from a reputable person.

The ring is a size 'O' and is hallmarked 9 ct gold (see picture two). The date is 1972c. Absolutely perfect without scratches, dents or damage of any description.

The setting is lovely and is an oval of fancy gold with an oval of plain gold raised in the middle. Sitting in the raised oval is a gorgeous shell cameo with a very pretty lady in profile. The test of a genuine carved shell cameo is that when held up to a bright light the shadow of the carving shows through so my third picture depicts this.

A lovely gift idea and presented to you in a pretty, lined box (new not original). Sent safely by first class post. Please make allowances for the present postal difficulties.
