Richard Bancroft 1544-1610 Archbishop of Canterbury, chief overseer of the authorized version of the bible.

This original undated 18th century engraving states: Published by W Richardson Castle Street Leicester Fields. William Richardson was a book-dealer, print-seller and auctioneer who worked from this London address between 1795 and 1797.
Paper size is 8½ by 5¾ inches.
