Higher value items will only be sent fully insured, see relevant listings for details. Very heavy items will be sent via 24 or 48 hour courier depending on postage option selected.

We have never had a parcel not delivered so it is rare but if you do not receive the item then the following procedures apply:-

Special/Recorded Delivery - As soon as the courier has confirmed the item lost we will send out a replacement subject to stock levels or a refund of the purchase price if the item is no longer available.

Uninsured - We will provide you with a copy of the posting receipt to provide evidence that the item was shipped & help you in any way we can.
