Due to the fact that we sell Online, Via Mail Order, on eBay and via our retail shop our stock levels on eBay are not always 100% correct. Whilst we try to update them as often as we can, on some occasions we may be out of stock of something and not able to for fill your order. In most cases we can order the item to be delivered with us next day or if our supplier is out of stock we can offer an alternative brand or a FULL refund. Whichever the case is you will always be notified ASAP with full information and timing.

Bidding Terms

Please ONLY bid if you CAN comply to these rules:

• All bids are final, so you are in a legally binding contact to pay!

• You must read all delivery and payment information BEFORE bidding

Payment

We accept the following methods of payment:

• PAYPAL (Note: Echeques take up to 10+ days to clear)
• Cheques (allow up to 7 days for cheques to clear)
• Credit / Debit cards over the phone
• Postal Orders

Payment must be received within seven (7) days of the close of auction. We reserve the right to revoke the auction and file a Non-Paying Bidder alert if the payment is not received within seven (7) days. We will extend that time period if you communicate with us and let us know a firm date of payment.

Delivery

• Postage prices are to UK Mainland addresses only (Highlands of Scotland, Ireland and other non mainland parts of UK may cost more)
• I only use Royal Mail for all small deliveries and courier for large deliveries.
• Item will be sent as soon as payment is received and fully cleared!
• Item Sent at winning bidders risk, I cannot be held responsible for any damage etc caused in post and this will be claimed from the courier / royal mail and not from me.
• ALL deliveries outside of UK will go SIGNED FOR and will therefore cost more than normal, we will NEVER post overseas by standard post and not signed for.
• We don’t go to the post office everyday and the courier does not collect every day, so please allow up to 10 days for delivery! (Most deliveries are made within 2-3 days though!) and if the item is urgent please email us first to confirm the day you need it for.
• Our postage is price is for Postage, packaging and time. So please do not bid if you are not happy with our price. £7.99 is the MAX you will ever pay no matter how much you order!
