What you are looking at is a genuine RFRB rear spoiler complete with brake lamp.

Removed from a 1995 BG5 Subaru Legacy GT  here in japan.

All-round, this spoiler is in very good condition with no cracks or breaks.

This would be a more that perfect replacement for a damaged or faulty spoiler or would make a nice upgrade from standard. 

The item in the picture is the exact item that you will receive and is been sold as is.
