We offer refunds on items purchased as long as they are returned to us in the condition sent in the original packaging we dispatched in.
If a received item is felt to have been incorrectly described or the wrong item is received we offer a full refund. Customers wishing to return an item for a refund should email within 7 days of receiving the goods. Items returned should be repacked in the original packaging. Once we receive the item we will make the refund.
We also offer refunds to customers who have changed their minds; however we do not offer a refund on the postage in such an instance. |
