All items are sold as described.  
Though most items are held onsite, some items are shipped externally and may take 1-2 days in addition to dispatch.
Made to order items typically require 24-48 working hours to produce and appearance may vary from the image shown as they are made by hand.

SHIPPING
Items are shipped by your selected method. 

UK;
From dispatch. 1st class post is typically 1-3 days however can take longer,  if you have not received your delivery within 10 working days (2 weeks) of your dispatch notification please notify us, we are unable to do anything until this period has passed. Special delivery is next working day.  Mixed orders over 10kg by special delivery may be subject to additional charges, in this situation we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the details.

Overseas;
From dispatch.  Delivery times are heavily dependent on local delivery systems. Typical delivery times are 1-3 weeks depending on the delivery country. Longest delivery times are Italy and Russia, both often taking 4-5 weeks to deliver. 
Postal insurance per 2kg: Italy and Russia orders over £15 require insurance, all other advertised countries orders over £20 require insurance. (Maximum weight per package internationally is 2kg, international insurance quoted is on shipping up to 2kg.  We will contact you if your order exceeds the weight limit, in these cases we can often insure the first packet and send the second package if the value enclosed is less than the insurance point)

Exceptions;
Consumables – By their nature, consumables cannot be returned once opened.
Made to order items – Made to order items cannot be returned as they are often customised to the purchaser
Hair Extensions – For hygiene reasons hair extensions cannot be returned once opened, please check the colour against your hair while it is still sealed in it’s packaging.

Return policy

Please contact us before returning any items for returns authorisation and instruction.  Items can be returned as change of mind as long as you contact us within 7 days of delivery and the item is returned within a further 7 days (total of up to 14 days from delivery).  Items must be returned in As New Condition as per the distance selling act, items not returned in as new condition will be subject to restocking fees not exceeding 25% of the original purchase.

Exception to this returns policy are the following due to their natures;
Opened Consumables
Opened packets of Hair of any description
Any made to order products

Return P&P due to change of mind are at the buyers expense and postage is non-refundable, Items returned as faulty and no fault found will be processed as change of mind.

Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day you receive the item. Find out more about your rights as a buyerand exceptions.
