Optional insurance for action figure orders is provided at additional price. It is recommended that you purchase insurance to provide a safe transit by carrier to you door. This protects you against loss, theft, or damages incurred by the carrier. Buyer assumes all liability for item should you choose not to insure item with optional insurance and agrees to this statement when bidding or buying an item from here. I have never had a lost or damaged item during my tenure, but there is a first time for everything.

In the possible event of any damage to a statue, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to make a claim with the transit carrier. ( USPS). I will be happy to assist you in the recovery process by providing all information needed to carrry out this process. Be sure to keep all packing materials, box, etc., the carrier will want to see how the item was packed and received.

I ask that all purchases be paid for within 5 days, or you may lose the opportunity to purchase the item if someone else wants item and pays before you do.

I charge a nominal handling fee of $3.50 which is added to the shipping charge which is per order, and not per item. Order one thing or ten things and it still is only this one added handling fee.This fee covers first rate packing supplies like first run boxes, packing peanuts, and bubble wrap. When your item arrives you will see this small amount is well worth it’s weight in price. I am upfront and honest in relaying this charge to you openly and will never hide any extra costs as other sellers often do. This is the type of honesty you can expect when shopping with me.

I accept returns of unopened merchandise within 7 days and will credit you for the purchase price of your item with a merchandise credit good for 7 days towards anything else being auctioned or offered in my eBay superstore Action Figures On Demand.
