There is 30 days warranty on all new parts supplied (unless stated otherwise). Any parts returned under warranty will not be exchanged /refunded if found to be tampered with or stripped or damaged box. If a part is reported to be faulty or broken, we will only give a refund or replacement once we have received the old unit back and tested it. If a part number is supplied by the customer and is found to be the incorrect part number, postage will be charged again for return part to be dispatched. If a part is ordered incorrectly, the item can only be returned for a credit note (6 month validity) within 7 days of invoice date. All damages/ shortages/ incorrect parts must be reported to us on receipt of goods. Any parts that become surplus to requirements, a re-stocking fee of 50% will be charged (plus all postage fees) |
