We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.  Please allow 2-3 days from date of cleared payment for delivery.

We charge a flat rate of £3.95.  This is for any number of items.  This rate applies to UK mainland and lowlands.  There is a surcharge of £4.99 (£8.94 in total) for the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.
