About our postage charges: We would like to take a moment to exlain our postage charges: We always cobine postage to allow you to get the best possible saving - to help ensure that you get the combined charge, please request an invoice for any multiple items before paying for them. This will allow us to combine the items, weigh them and send a correct invoice. The postage rate you see on the envelope will be different to what you pay. We charge the current Royal Mail going rate for the weight and type of package plus VAT (which we have to charge as we are VAT registered) plus an additional small amount that goes towards the other packing charges such as envelopes, boxes, staff and printing costs etc. If you are unhappy with any element of your purchase, please contact us to allow us chance to resolve or explain the situation before you leave feedback and seller ratings.
