Easy resto project.

This car was last on the road  in 2003 and is currently on SORN. It will need a little work for MOT but does not have major problems to my knowledge.

 Once on the road it will be tax exempt and as you can see has a nice GTB number plate.

The car has sought after Original Dunlop alloys 5 of.
4 tyres on the car are in good condition.
Spare would need replaced

The car is a manual 4 speed (the overdrive box has been replaced by a standard 4-speed at some time)

The engine is the standard 3.0 litre V6 with manual choke.

Tan interior in decent condition

Chrome bumpers.

Stainless exhausts and tank as well I think.

For sale to clear drive as I am clearly not going to have the time to sort it out myself.

Started the car up today...Replaced the ignition barrel.etc

Just used a pipe from a petrol can on to the pump as i did not have enough fuel to fill the tank.Engine runs sweet.

Clutch release arm is stuck due to it sitting.

one of the pins on the rear hatch hinge is broken

All in this is a easy project for someone and could be on the road in a weekend.

Update....

I have had loads of questions with regards to the number plate.

I have no idea if the plate is transferable.

I have also been asked if I would MOT the car and sell the number plate seperate.

Please note if I had the time to MOT the car I would be keeping it and using it at the weekends.

Update 2....

I have had other questions with regards to breaking the car.

Please note I will not break this car. If it does not sell I will put it back in the garage until i find time to do it..

So to answer a few questions..

Q. Would you take £250 plus a set of steels weller wheels for the Dunlop wheels.

• No I won't sell the 5 Alloy wheels seperate they go with the car.

Q. Hi Mate Looking for an engine for my capri would you sell for it £300.jon

    .No I won't take £300 for the engine and gearbox this stays with the car. sorry

With Regards to the countless E-mail regarding the number plate.

People are telling me that It would say Non Transferable on the Special Notes section on the V5 if it couldn't be transfered.

The V5 does not have anything written under the Special Notes Section..

So I have no idea if it is Transferable or Not.
