This DVD contains scenes of a variety of fish swimming in a choice of aquariums, plus a choice of realistic sounds or complimentary muisc.

Watching fish is known to be very relaxing, and a great way to de-stress. Unfortunately, not everybody can own the real thing, and this is a reasonable substitution.

These DVDs are great to aid meditation and relaxation, or provide a "screensaver" to put on your TV when you don't want to watch an actuial programme (for example, during a dinner party).

They look great on a plasma TV, but are suitable for any TV.

PLEASE NOTE that this CD comes in a white CD sleeve, and not a jewel case. it is, however, professionally printed.
