A training board for would-be reflexologists.  The wooden board has a painted picture of two feet clearly showing where pressure may be applied to alleviate health problems.  The board has 31 spring loaded pegs in each foot area enabling you to apply the various pressures required.

Reflexology has been used as a holistic treatment for at least five thousand years, healing mind, body and spirit together for total health and harmony.

Comes complete with instruction book.

The board has been used and has a small paint stain on it but it does not obscure any of the writing.

A good way of learning this ancient art.
