We are a family business passed down from father to son for 4 generations, from doing just shoes we have developed into different markets and trends and now we cater for all needs. We are able to provide a quality service to our customers all around the world providing the most up to date brands for exceptional prices.

Payment

We accept payment by: Credit or Debit card, paypal, postal orders, bank transfer.
All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT

Shipping

We use Royal Mail and DHL as our delivery companies for national and international delivery. DHL tends to be used for items with increased value or weight. 
PLEASE NOTE: we do not ship to postcodes beginning in IV, HS, KA 27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH 49-50, ZE using the DHL service. Also included are BT, IM, TR21-25 and the Channel Island. 
We will use Royal Mail for these postcodes,

Terms

Payment to be received within 7 days, disputes will begin if money has not been received.
We cannot and will not send items to different addresses to the paypal page. 
Read all the instructions on this auction to make sure that you are covered, if you have not read all the details then I will not make exceptions if you somehow break the rules. 
International buyers must send me their phone number for the package.

Returns

When your order arrives
You have the right to return or cancel your order for any reason. But there are some exceptions.
If you don't like the goods or have changed your mind, you can cancel the order, you must do this within 7 days and you are required to email me to inform me and include a letter within the package on return. 
Your refund will be the price of the product and not the postage and you will receive this within 30 days, 
You cannot return the item if you have altered then in anyway, or they have been damaged after 45 days.
The item must be in the same condition as when it arrived with packaging and tags attached, if it doesn't we will not accept them back.
