    • Pike Furniture Group will not be liable for any injury that may be caused by using this machine or any other product sold on its site.
    • Deliveries to U.K mainland only. Scotland subject to conditions. Scottish bidders must email us before making a purchase to check delivery availability (a surcharge may apply depending on your postcode) 
    • Payments must be made within 7 days of winning the auction otherwise we will open a 'non paying bidder' dispute and will have no other option but to leave negative feedback
    • The driver will only deliver to your door and will not install the item.
    • You must include a daytime contact telephone number with your payment. 
    • Please allow 7 working days for delivery.
    • Once your item has reached your local depot, our courier company Pallex will call you to arrange a convenient day for delivery.

Customers need to notify us by email within the 30 day period of any faults or breakdowns. Failure to notify within the 30 day period will void the warranty. Failure to use an rcd will also void the warranty. After the 30 day period, if you encounter a problem with the machine, we can repair for £30 +vat and the customer will need to return and collect the machine at there own cost . The warranty does not cover wear and tear/ pulse reader inaccuracy/damage caused by misuse/or speed/distance calibration/ belt damage or any other damage caused by neglect and lack of service-Pike furniture accept no liability in the result of injury caused using this machine or any other product sold on its site.
