These shoes are part of the Reebok Classic fashion range and as such are over £55 in the shops, we have them at clearance price,  just £29.99. The one thing that is difficult to get across is the soft leather, they are just about the softest leather we've ever seen.  You'll love em, especially at the price.

UK Mainland Deliveries

We will always try our very best to post your order as soon as possible. Our Parcelforce collections are generally Monday thru Friday at mid afternoon, so if you buy on a saturday morning for instance, your order will be sent out on the Monday afternoon arriving with you on the Tuesday.

 

Once posted, we will send you a dispatch email informing you that your goods were sent that day. After you receive that email, delivery is in progress, and you should expect delivery within 48 hours (And in 90+% of the time within 24 hours) If your shoes do not arrive within 48 hours of your 'dispatched' email arriving then please get in touch and we will track it for you and send you the tracking number. The parcelforce website provides you with an easy to navigate view of where your parcel is at all times, and your options if you have missed a delivery. In our experience, Parcelforce  are a very reliable courier so delivery problems are few and far between, and the items are fully insured until arrival with yourselves.

 

Please note; We price the postage and packing at £6.99 for most adults shoes, that includes the price we pay to Parcelforce which is £5.10 plus 40p fuel surcharge and the price it costs us to process and pack the deliveries which includes having staff on hand each working day and the administration of the process. We then price our stock at the very best prices we can. Please bear this in mind when filling in the 'detailed seller ratings' after your purchase.

Sorry, but Parcelforce charge double for these areas, so we ship to these destintaions using 'Recorded signed for' or 'special delivery' depending on the value of the items. We then keep a secure note of your tracking number, and if it hasn't arrived within 4 working days please email us and we will track it for you.

Returns:

Under the distance selling regulations, each customer by law is entitled to a 7 day “cooling off” period within which time you have the right to withdraw from the purchase. With this in mind, we have two parts to our returns policy:

 

Returns that are the customers choice under the distance selling regulations, returns that do not fit (we do not accept that as our fault), goods that are simply unwanted are all entitled to a refund if it is reported to us within 7 days of receipt. As this type of return is not our fault, we will not refund your postage to return the item and we will also not refund the postage and packaging that we charged you to post the order to you in the first place (Your refund then will be the final eBay price before the postage charge). The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. All returns are by prior arrangement only.

 

Returns That Are Our Fault    (Wrong Item received / Faulty Item)

 

Returns that are our fault would include wrong items received or faulty goods. In this case, we will refund you in full including the original postage & packaging that we charged to you and also your return postage. If we have made a mistake it is only fair that we bear the cost of the error. The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. All returns are by prior arrangement only.
