We only accept Paypal and require immediate payment upon placing your order.
Please note that we would prefer that customers using Paypal do so with a "Verified" Paypal account. Although we do accept "Unverified" Paypal accounts, we review any that we receive so you can expect a delay in delivery whilst the review takes place. A Verified Paypal account will receive a fast delivery. An Unverified Paypal account that is from a customer who also has a low eBay feedback score can expect an extended delay in delivery or a refund of funds and a request to use an alternative method of payment to pay for the order. Returns:
Under the distance selling regulations, each customer by law is entitled to a 7 day “cooling off” period within which time you have the right to withdraw from the purchase. With this in mind, we have two parts to our returns policy:
Returns that are the customers choice under the distance selling regulations, returns that do not fit (we do not accept that as our fault), goods that are simply unwanted are all entitled to a refund if it is reported to us within 7 days of receipt. As this type of return is not our fault, we will not refund your postage to return the item and we will also not refund the postage and packaging that we charged you to post the order to you in the first place (Your refund then will be the final eBay price before the postage charge). The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. All returns are by prior arrangement only.
Returns That Are Our Fault (Wrong Item received / Faulty Item)
Returns that are our fault would include wrong items received or faulty goods. In this case, we will refund you in full including the original postage & packaging that we charged to you and also your return postage. If we have made a mistake it is only fair that we bear the cost of the error. The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. All returns are by prior arrangement only.
Delivery
UK Deliveries
We will always try our very best to post your order as soon as possible. Our Parcelforce collections are generally Monday thru Thursday at mid afternoon, so if you buy on a sunday morning for instance, your order will be sent out on the monday afternoon arriving with you on the tuesday.
Once an item is posted, we will email you the Parcelforce Tracking number. After you receive that email, delivery is in progress. We use Parcelforce because we believe they provide the best service available in the Uk, especially if you miss the delivery and need it resending. The parcelforce website provides you with an easy to navigate view of where your parcel is at all times, and your options if you have missed a delivery. In fact it was only when i had to travel 20 miles one time to collect from a rival couriers depot, that i realised how handy it is to be able to collect a 'missed delivery' from my local post office or have it redelivered on request.
If however you do not receive your order within 4 days (UK Customers) of receiving the Parcelforce number then please get in touch and we will chase the order for you. In our experience, Parcelforce are a very reliable courier so delivery problems are few and far between.
Please note; We price the postage and packing at £6.99 for most adults shoes, that includes the price we pay to Parcelforce which is £5.10 and the price it costs us to process and pack the deliveries which includes having staff on hand each working day and the administration of the process. We then price our stock at the very best prices we can. Please bear this in mind when filling in the 'detailed seller ratings' after your purchase.
