These shoes are part of the Reebok Classic fashion range and as such are around £60 in the shops, we have them at clearance price,  just £24.99. The one thing that is difficult to get across is the soft leather, they are just about the softest leather we've ever seen.  You'll love em, especially at the price.

Please note that we would prefer that customers using Paypal do so with a "Verified" Paypal account. Although we do accept "Unverified" Paypal accounts, we review any that we receive so you can expect a delay in delivery whilst the review takes place. A Verified Paypal account will receive a fast delivery. An Unverified Paypal account that is from a customer who also has a low eBay feedback score can expect an extended delay in delivery or a refund of funds and a request to use an alternative method of payment to pay for the order. Returns:

Under the distance selling regulations, each customer by law is entitled to a 7 day “cooling off” period within which time you have the right to withdraw from the purchase. With this in mind, we have two parts to our returns policy:

 

Returns that are the customers choice under the distance selling regulations, returns that do not fit (we do not accept that as our fault), goods that are simply unwanted are all entitled to a refund if it is reported to us within 7 days of receipt. As this type of return is not our fault, we will not refund your postage to return the item and we will also not refund the postage and packaging that we charged you to post the order to you in the first place (Your refund then will be the final eBay price before the postage charge). The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. All returns are by prior arrangement only.

 

Returns That Are Our Fault    (Wrong Item received / Faulty Item)

 

Returns that are our fault would include wrong items received or faulty goods. In this case, we will refund you in full including the original postage & packaging that we charged to you and also your return postage. If we have made a mistake it is only fair that we bear the cost of the error. The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. All returns are by prior arrangement only.

 

Delivery

 

UK Mainland Deliveries

We generally use the Royal mail 'Recorded signed for' service for these shoes. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day.

 

Once posted, we will send you a dispatch email informing you that your goods were sent that day. After you receive that email, delivery is in progress, and you should expect delivery within 48 hours. If your shoes do not arrive within 48 hours of your 'dispatched' email arriving then please get in touch and we will  send you the tracking number. You can then quote this number to royal mail when making enquiries.

 

If you are unavailable to accept the delivered package, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office, where you can collect it via the card thru the letter box.  If the item has not been collected within 3 weeks the package will be returned back to us. In the highly unlikely event that you do not receive your goods a full refund or an exchange will be given, postage is recorded and therefore we should be able to trace the goods.

 

Combined Postage

We find that due to the complex nature of ebay, we cannot set our settings to automatically combine shipping when you buy two completely different items. If you email us we can quickly give you a price, and it will always be more than fair. We reserve the right to ship via Parcelforce's excellent  24 hour service, if that works out cheaper per kg.

 

International Deliveries

 

We use Royal Mail's 'International signed for' service, which is also insured. We are happy to combine postage at the cheapest price possible, please email for a price for two or more pairs to your choice of country. It may be that due to the complex nature of ebay, you may have to wait for a revised invoice before paying for your items.
