This model is the flagship of our range, offering a blend of features demanded by the finest and most demanding outdoor chefs. Instead of a grill with options, the Redfyre 33 offers its owner every option as standard. There is no feast this Outdoor cooker can't handle with 17.60kW of available heat provided by the four independently controlled, cast stainless steel main burners plus and additional 3.50kW from the side burner. Incorporating a staggering 3792 square centimetres of main cooking area plus a further 1463 square centimetres of warming shelf, the Redfyre 33 gives the chef more cooking space than nearly any other Outdoor cooker available! Primed with an infrared rare rotisserie burner, the Redfyre 33 also comes complete with heavy-duty cooking grills and a smoker box to fit every cooking style - sear, smoke and sauté!

Restrictions on ordering and delivery

We can only accept orders from UK individuals and businesses. We can deliver to most addresses in the UK. For all other locations including the Highland and Islands, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, Republic or Ireland etc, please call Customer Services on 01392 444070 and we will obtain an individual delivery quotation to meet your requirements.

Returns

To return all or part of your order you will need to provide us with details of why you wish to return the goods by calling Customer Services on 01392 444070.

Items damaged in transit
Someone must be available on the day of delivery to check that your order has arrived in good condition and sign the carrier’s delivery note. Please do not sign for or accept any goods until unpacked and checked in full. Only sign if you are satisfied with the condition of your purchase. Items which have been signed for are deemed to be complete and in good condition, and we cannot then accept claims for damage in transit or missing items after 48 hours of receipt. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.

Items faulty on arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 5 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

1 Year Guarantee
All Redfyre BBQ's are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. Free parts and labour will be provided in the case of any such failure or malfunction. The guarantee does not cover: Incorrect assembly, unauthorised modification or repairs to the barbecue or accidental damage. Consumable parts such as batteries. rust which could appear on any of the parts over a period of time. Neither does it cover fair wear and tear, discoloration of stainless steel parts which are subject to heat and flames or discolouration caused by exposure to sunlight. All-weather covers are considered as adequate protection for the summer months but an enclosed and suitably dry space in a garage, shed, outhouse or similar must be provided for storage during the winter.
