MEDICINAL USES

              Red Sage relieves sore throats & tonsilitis, taken internally as a tea,

and also when used as a gargle.

Can also be used as a mouthwash to aid healing for

mouth ulcers and sore gums.

It is also taken to reduce sweating & hot flushes

in menopausal women.

Good for fevers, the digestive sytem & the nervous system.

HOW TO MAKE

1 TEASPOON OF HERBS TO 1 CUP OF WATER.

Pour boiling water over the Herbs, cover with a lid and leave to steep for 10-15 mins: Then strain and drink. You can drink hot or cold.

1 Cup can be taken 3 times a day

When used as a gargle or mouthwash make in the same way.
