DELIVERY DETAILS

Delivery of your winning auction will be within 3 working days (UK) or 7 working days (rest of world) of us receiving payment excluding weekend auctions or bank holidays.
Winning auctions paid by postal orders or cheque will be dispatched as soon as payment has been received and cleared. You will be kept up to date regarding your order via e-mail
UK/IRELAND DELIVERY COSTS
Ireland and EU orders will be delivered UPS Standard and will be with you within 7 working days.

RETURNS DETAILS

All unworn items purchased from us can be returned for a refund. Unfortunately, no delivery charges are refunded unless goods are faulty or the wrong item has been shipped, we will email you once your return has been received and your refund processed.
If you need to return an item because of a size issue, postage costs will not be refunded if the correct UK size is stated within the shoes.
Returns have to be received within a 28-day period after purchase. Please ensure that returns come in their original box, and with the returns slip filled out correctly.
