Cold cathode lights are exactly as the name states, a cold light. No matter how long you keep the lights on, they never become hot. This is very useful inside your car because it does not matter if you have material touching the bulbs, it wont get hot!
This set of lights comes with an ON/OFF switch which can be easily fitted into the dashboard of your vehicle. There is a full illustrated guide on how to install these lights into your footwells on our web-site FAQ. This set of lights can also replace the normal boot light in most vehicles.
When installed correctly, you will not see the bulbs, or any wires making this a very tidy install.

PACKING INFORMATION
Your lights will be packaged securely, to reduce the risk of any damage whilst they are in the post. First, we check the lights are not broken. Then, we tape them into a thick card box.
Then, the box of lights, is put in to a cardboard sleeve. This helps keep the box ridged so the lights do not become snapped.
And finally, your lights get wrapped up in an INSANE amount of bubble wrap! this absorbs any knocks that the package may take in the post.
AUCTION SALES POLICY
Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 5 days of the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 7 days, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at the sellers sole discretion. Negative feedback will be left.
Items purchased with Buy It Now require instant payment, as this causes the least problems for buyer, and seller.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Items can take between 1 and 2 days to process, before they are shipped. Please be aware of this when choosing your postal method. "special delivery" does not always mean you will receive your item on the next working day, but you will receive it on the next working day AFTER it is posted.
Your goods will be dispatched using your chosen postal method, which is commonly 1st class recorded, 2nd class recorded and Special Delivery. Your goods are dispatched as our dispatch team come to the order, on a first in, first out basis.
The normal delivery time from dispatch to your door is 3-5 working days, but the delivery time can be up to 10 working days (2 weeks) from dispatch at Royal Mails peak times. All dispatch and delivery times given are estimates, and we can give no guarantees on exact delivery times.
Despite our best efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. It may be worthwhile contacting your local postal sorting office as they may have tried to deliver your package, but were unable to. Should you have not received your full order within 14 days of dispatch then please report it using the details on the contact page. Written, signed confirmation of non-delivery may be required.

RETURNS
For all returns, you MUST contact us to arrange a return. We will allocate you an authorised returns number if required. ANY ITEMS SENT TO US WITHOUT A RETURNS NUMBER ARE DISCARDED AND WILL NOT BE PROCESSED/REFUNDED.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 days otherwise we will be unable to assist you. We require evidence of the damage, the easiest and quickest method is by emailing us a photograph of the damaged items. We will then be able to replace the damaged item/s. In some cases we will require the damaged item/s to be returned to us.
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.

WARRANTY
All goods supplied by the Supplier are warranted free from defects for 3 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Supplier´s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Supplier´s approval.
